New Boutique: "Rubies & Whimsy" in Columbia City! . Columbia City Photographer
One thing I've always loved about our city is the historic downtown area. And recently there's been a push to revitalize the old buildings and get some new businesses in there. Well, lucky us! A new boutique has opened downtown this week, carrying women's clothing, shoes & custom made jewelry. This place is super cute! And the owners, Jerry & Kim, are so friendly and cool!
